hi everyone! yeah so i went to Toronto for a few days & stayed w Chris & Priscilla who clearly i have not seen in years. it was fun. And hot. Their cats are great & also the way Priscilla talks to them, worse than me.(ie: "Hello lovers of my life!"). Priscilla & i went to see Charlie & the Chocolate Factory which was pretty great esp. the oompa loompas. And we jammed. Like we rocked out majorly kinda. Chris played drums & Priscilla n i played guitar, yelled & sang. it was really great. Also Priscilla read my tarot cards & it was crazy accurate for the past & present. And we made yummy meals (don't forget to eat the burdock!) Hung out w my family there a bit too, not really noteworthy (malls, horseraces (!) & chapel).
i'm gunna do a Food Not Bombs here! with some friends & i'm psyched. we got a really good dumpster score last nite (including condiments like tons of curry, thankyou dumpster goddess) & an organic farm donated some produce too.
Oh i ran into my former yoga teacher here who i'd been thinking of. She taught amazing yoga classes at Foodah Buddha (R.I.P) which were really healing xperiences for me & i'm gunna do a class with her before i leave.
One of my most favourite peops came into town last nite. Blair, plus her boifriend Christian came over & it was super fun- walking, picnicing, the afore-mentioned dumpster diving (Christian was a dumpster-diving virgin & that's always fun) & surprising Cory Beck.
today i have a friendy date w Cory Beck . we're gunna dress up fancy & go see the Spongebob Squarepants movie for a toonie.
so my plan right now is leaving on Wed. to visit friends in Peterborough & then to the MorningGlory farm in Ottawa Valley (where Blair's homebase is) which i think will be awesome & then perhaps further East. we'll see. A big hug to everyone!
